Individual Education Plans
New Haven will accommodate previously developed IEP's in order to continue the individualized instruction recommended for our students with special learning needs. We will participate in quarterly goal evaluations with the home district to ensure that the IEP is being followed and that it continues to be a valid document when the student returns to her public school. We have a fully certified special education administrator that will oversee the IEP and tailor the student's academic program to meet her specific learning style along with the necessary accommodations and modifications required in her classes.
The majority of our students take the SAT or ACT while attending New Haven. College counseling services are also available. Students may receive help with picking colleges and preparing applications. 95% of those who graduate from high school at New Haven go on to college.
